Can I change my date?

Unfortunately not. All dates are non-transferrable or refundable as outlined in our terms and conditions.

It’s raining, is the sale on?

Yes! We are open in ALL weathers, unless the school decides to close due to safety reasons. In this instance all booked sellers are notified. If you don’t hear from us, the sale is ON.

It’s snowing, is the sale on?

What’s the difference between a standard car pitch and a premium?

Premium spaces have more selling space than standard pitches. They’re also better if you have a bigger vehicle.

My friend has booked a stall; can we be next to each other?

Yes if you have booked the same stall type and arrive together.

Do I need to book?

Yes, all pitches other than the £10 walk in pitch need to be booked via the website.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry afraid not! The school do not allow dogs on site… (Incidentally we love dogs.…!)

What can I sell?

Please check our terms and conditions.

How long are the rails?

Rails are approximately 3-4ft.

Do you provide hangers?

Hangers are not provided but are available for purchase- please pre book.

Can I sell food?

Food sellers are not permitted to sell at Capital carboot sale.

Can I bring a gazebo?

Sellers with cars to stay on site are not permitted to bring gazebos. If you are in the courtyard a gazebo is permitted as long as it is properly weighted down. If we do not feel it to be safe or properly weighted down you will be asked to take it down with immediate effect.

How much can I bring in as a walk in seller?

We do not limit how much you can bring in as a walk in seller- as much as you can fit in your 4mx4m pitch!

My friends are coming, do they have to pay?

Unless they enter at the same time as you, yes they will need to pay the entry fee (£7 10.15am-11.30am, or £1 11.30am-2.30pm)

Can you reserve a specific spot?

Due to the high numbers of sellers that we have, it is not possible for us to reserve specific spaces.

What time should I come to queue?

Please arrive at the allotted time slot on your confirmation. We cannot allow queues to form in the road. Sellers in vehicles will be told to move on and return at their time slot.

Do you provide free stalls or discounts for charity stalls?

We already support Age concern and Shelter and therefore do not provide any concessions for other charities.

Can I hire a table?

Can I rent a rail on the day?

<p>No all rails must be pre-booked online</p>
